The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the combatants confronted each other to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two time world title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.

Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's largest money-making draws, regularly earning huge financial rewards.

The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for 2026.
